The three welcome steps

Right after you sign up, the app sets up your organization, your first project and your brand. Three short screens, all optional, and nothing you can’t redo later.

Your account exists and you are signed in, so the welcome flow takes over. It puts in place the three things everything else rests on — the organization, the project, the brand — and it says so itself at the bottom of every screen: “Nothing is locked in: everything can be changed later in settings.”

A counter tracks your progress at the top: “step 1 of 3.”

Step 1 · The organization

The organization is your studio: it holds the plan, the members, the projects and the Spark balance. It already exists — it was born with the account — and this step only names it.

The field is called “Organization name,” prefilled with your own name. Under it, a preview shows the avatar, the name and your role: “you are its administrator.”

“Skip” jumps the step, “Continue” saves the name and moves on.

Step 2 · The first project

“A project is a brand and its networks. Start with one, others will follow.” A project has its own brand, strategy, calendar, posts and time zone.

Two things are asked of you:

  • “Project name” — the only required field in the whole welcome flow; “Continue” stays disabled while it is empty.
  • “Where do you publish?” — Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, TikTok, Threads and Pinterest. Instagram and LinkedIn are checked by default, and at least one has to stay checked.

The time zone is taken from your browser without asking, and you can change it later in the project settings. “Back” returns to the organization, “Skip” ends the welcome flow with no project.

Step 3 · The brand

“Shall we pull in your brand?” The AI reads your site and prepares the profile: name, palette, fonts, tone, audience and networks.

Paste your site’s public address — the home page is enough, say maisonlevain.fr — then hit “Analyze.” The estimated cost sits on the button before anything is sent. The screen tells you how long it takes: “About 30 seconds. You then confirm each field.”

What you can redo later

The organization name, the project name, the platforms, the time zone, the brand: all of it can be changed afterward, under “Project settings” and on the organization’s page, both in the project menu at the top of the sidebar, under “Brand” for the profile. The welcome flow is only a shortcut.

What’s next

If you started the analysis, you land straight on the Brand page with the analysis running: analyze your brand from your website covers what it fills in. Otherwise, create your first project picks up the second step in detail. Either way, the “Getting started” block then walks you to your first published post: see getting started.
