Create a post from a slot
The slot already carries its platform, its post type, its structure and its angle. The “New post” window opens prefilled: all that’s left is to read the brief and start writing.
This is the whole point of having a strategy: you never start from a blank page. The slot already knows what it wants to be, and it hands that over to the editor.
Before you start
A calendar slot, on a date that suits you — move it if it doesn’t. While you are there, check “What the post will say” in its panel: the slot’s angle is what becomes the post topic, and the sharper it is, the better the result. “Another angle” asks for a different one, with its cost shown first; a slot without an angle offers “Find an angle” or “I’ll write it.”
Step by step
Start the creation
A calendar card shows the post type; on hover, its tooltip shows what the post will say. Clicking the card opens its panel on the right, over the calendar: “Create the post,” with its estimated cost, sits right below “What the post will say.” On a phone, the card’s action is always visible.
The “Format” step
The “New post” window opens with the slot’s platform, format, post type, structure and template already chosen. You can change any of it here, including how many “Content slides” you want. A message reminds you: “Check the brief before generating.”
The “Brief” step
“Post topic” is prefilled with the slot’s angle — it is the only required field. Around it: “Goal,” “Key message,” “Audience” (taken from the brand) and “Custom instructions,” for the tone, the words to avoid, a last-minute requirement. The app warns you: “The more specific the topic, the less the AI makes up.” For a post with images, “Who appears?” also offers the project’s references: tick the post’s, six at most, and the AI will call them in the descriptions of the images they appear in.
The “Generation” step
“Generate with AI” carries the estimated cost. The writing plays out in front of you — reading the brief and brand, outlining the post, writing the slides, caption and hashtags, quick review — with the elapsed time and a “Stop” button. Then: “Opening in the editor…”
Images, right away or later
The estimate shows two switches, both on by default:
- “Generate images” — “Sized to fit their area”: one image per slide that plans for one, at exactly the size of its spot.
- “Consistent images” — “The 1st guides the rest,” with its extra cost spelled out. Switched off, you still get the “Shared style only,” the one from the brand’s style kit.
That second choice becomes the post’s series: you change it later in the “Post” tab, “Post images” section, which also sets the anchor, the style and the quality of every image — see generate a consistent image series.
The duration shown adds up the text and the images. Images are never mandatory: you can generate them later, from the editor.
What’s next
The post opens in the editor for its format: the slides editor for a carousel or a single image, the text editor for a text post, a thread or a poll. Both have an assistant — and they are not used in quite the same way: ask the chat for a change.
