Sparks are the currency of joli.studio. Every AI action shows its estimated cost before it runs, then its real cost once it’s done. Without Sparks, the rest of the app still works: only AI actions wait.

An action costs at least one Spark. An image is paid for by area and by quality: in standard quality, 5 at 4:5 and 6 at 9:16; in high quality, which posts get by default, 14 for a square and 17 at 4:5. These are guides that follow model prices; the exact cost always shows before the action, then once it’s done.

Can I pay yearly?
Yes. A yearly subscription is paid in one go and costs you ten months out of twelve: two months free. Sparks are still granted every month, on the anniversary date, and expire at the next grant, exactly as they do monthly: the year changes the price, not the rhythm.
I’m a business: can I reclaim VAT?
Yes. Pick “Business” above the plans to see prices without VAT. At checkout you enter your legal name, address and EU VAT number, which is verified. A company based in France pays French VAT, which it can reclaim; elsewhere in the EU the invoice is VAT-free (reverse charge); outside the EU no French VAT applies.
How do I cancel?
From your organization settings, anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for; the organization then goes back to Trial. Nothing is deleted and the Sparks you bought stay: beyond the Trial limits, you simply stop creating projects and inviting people.
Is there a refund?
If you buy as an individual, you have fourteen days to withdraw from a subscription or a top-up, in one click in your organization settings or by writing to bonjour@joli.studio: we refund the share of Sparks you haven’t spent. A business has no right of withdrawal. The details are in the terms.
What currency do I pay in?
Euros, wherever you are. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it at payment time.
What if a payment fails?
We try again for three weeks and let you know by email and in the app, where you can change your card in one step. The new month’s Sparks arrive as soon as the payment goes through. After that, the organization goes back to Trial; nothing is deleted.
What happens when I run out of Sparks?
The rest of the app keeps working: you write, you edit, you export, you track your posts. Only AI actions wait, until next month’s grant or a top-up.
Can I change plans along the way?
Yes, in your organization settings, which show what you pay and what you get before you confirm. Moving up is immediate, billed pro rata, and the current period’s Sparks are topped up in place. Moving down takes effect at the end of the current period, and can be undone until then.
Which payment methods do you take?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Stripe, without leaving the app. Your card details never pass through joli.studio. An invoice is issued at every renewal and every top-up; you can download them from your organization settings.
Can prices change?
A price change is announced thirty days ahead and only applies to the next period; it gives you the right to cancel free of charge.
