Reminders
Once a day, joli.studio looks at what is waiting — a reading due, a slot with no post, an account with no news. Then it tells you.
An editorial calendar rarely dies all at once: it fades because a number went unrecorded, then a slot, then two. Reminders are joli.studio’s answer to exactly that. They are computed once a day, they never repeat themselves, and they clear on their own once what they asked for is done.
The three things they watch
- A metrics reading due or overdue. Title: “D+7 reading to enter: ‘Three mistakes that ruin a baguette’”, with the platform, the publication date and how late it is. The link opens Results straight on that publication’s entry form.
- A slot with no post, today or within the next two days. Title: “Slot with no post tomorrow”, with the platform, the post type, the time and the brief’s angle. The link opens the calendar on the right day.
- A missing follower reading, when an account has recorded nothing for seven days. Title: “Follower reading due: LinkedIn @maisonlevain”, with the date of the last one.
Where you see them
Inside the app, through the bell, at the top of the sidebar (on a phone, in the header): the dot carries the number of unread reminders, Mark all as read clears the list, and when there is nothing, the panel says “Nothing new”.
Each person also gets, once a day, an email digest of their unread reminders: “One thing to do today”, or “3 things to do today”, with one link per line. The email is written in its recipient’s own language.
What stops them
Reminders follow the active projects of active organizations. Archiving an organization — the Danger zone section of the Settings tab on its page — stops its reminders, takes its projects out of the switchers and pauses its AI calls, without deleting anything; restoring it brings every project back as it was.
Slots come first
A slot reminder is the most useful of the three: it arrives before the date, not after. The slot’s brief is already written — post type, angle, structure — so there is never a blank page to fill in a hurry.
