# Your brand’s rendezvous

> A project debrief, the Saturday bake, the client of the month: posts that come back, always built the same way. Create them, have them suggested, draw them from a post, and add them to the calendar when they happen.

Updated 2026-10-05

A carpenter posts a debrief after every finished job. A bakery shows its Saturday bake. A firm features one client a month. These are **rendezvous**: posts that come back, always built the same way, that your audience ends up looking forward to.

In joli.studio, a rendezvous belongs to the **brand**. The strategy only decides which ones run, and how often.

## What a rendezvous sets

- **A name** — “Project debrief.”
- **When it comes back** — “On set dates”: the strategy puts it on the calendar at its pace. Or “When something happens,” with the event in a few words: “A project delivered.”
- **What it shows**, in a sentence or two.
- **A post type** among joli.studio’s nineteen, and a **format** (carousel, image, text post…).
- **How it’s built**: two to ten named steps, one per slide — “How it was,” “The detail,” “The result.”
- **The photos to plan** — “Before and after from the same angle, a close-up of a joint.”
- **How the post ends** — “A project at your place? DM us for a quote.”

A brand keeps **eight at most**.

## Creating them

Open **Brand**, **Rendezvous** tab, next to Styles and References. Three ways to start:

1. **New rendezvous**

The form opens empty. Give it a name, say when it comes back and what it shows; “Help me” asks the AI to fill in the rest — structure, photos, ending — from your brand. You review, then “Save.”

2. **Suggest from my brand**

The AI reads your brand and suggests one to three rendezvous it doesn’t already have. Each waits for your “Keep” or “Set aside”: nothing enters the brand without you. Your website analysis can suggest up to two as well.

3. **From a published post**

A post did well and its shape deserves to come back? In its **Publish** button menu, “Make it a rendezvous”: the AI reads its structure, its photos and its ending, and the form opens pre-filled. The same offer appears in the celebration after you publish.

> **Cost**
>
> “Help me,” “Suggest from my brand” and “Make it a rendezvous” call the AI: their cost shows before, and the actual cost after. Creating or editing a rendezvous by hand is free.

Drag the cards to reorder them. The ones marked “In the strategy” have their slots on the calendar.

## In the strategy

At the “What do you show?” question of “I know what I want,” your rendezvous can be checked one by one. With “Propose a strategy,” the AI picks the ones that run — and may suggest a new one, marked “Suggested by AI”: “Keep” adds it to your brand.

A rendezvous can carry a whole strategy: one debrief a week and nothing else is possible. The guardrails don’t force variety on it — “never the same type twice in a row” doesn’t apply.

On the Strategy page, the **“What comes back”** part shows them alongside your series; “Edit” sets each one’s rhythm there and, for those that depend on an event, “Otherwise, we post…”: what goes out when the event doesn’t happen.

## When it happens: “Something happened?”

As soon as the brand has a rendezvous, the “Add” menu, in the calendar bar, offers **“Something happened?”**: one choice per rendezvous, and “Another idea” for everything else. “A slot,” above it, is still there to add a slot by hand.

1. **Pick the rendezvous**

The window asks what this one is about — “Which project?” — in one line.

2. **The day**

“When?” offers the first free day that keeps your rhythm, a second day, or “Choose…”.

3. **The planned post**

“Replaces … planned for …” is checked by default: the new post takes the place of the one the strategy had placed that week, to keep your rhythm. Uncheck it to have both.

4. **The photos, if you have them**

“Attach the photos now”: ten at most. They go into the project’s media library, and the slot’s panel shows them.

5. **Add to calendar**

“Free · to create later”: no AI here. The slot appears highlighted, ready to be written whenever you like.

On a phone, the same window opens as a sheet, with the camera: the debrief gets posted from the job site.

> **Good to know**
>
> Attached photos don’t flow into the post on their own yet: when you create it, pick them in the Image panel, where they’re waiting in the media library.

## In the calendar and in “New post”

A rendezvous slot carries its name on its card. Its panel shows the structure step by step, the photos to plan and the ones already attached, and how the post ends; “Create the post” starts from all of that — see [create a post from a slot](/en/guide/create-a-post-from-a-slot/).

In **Posts › New post**, “Your rendezvous” comes first: picking one sets the format, the structure and the photos, and all that’s left is “What is this one about?”.

## What’s next

The rendezvous says what, [the rhythm](/en/guide/choose-your-rhythm/) says how many. For everything else, [generate a strategy](/en/guide/generate-a-strategy/).
