# Create your account

> Three fields, or one Google button. The account comes with its organization, and the trial Sparks arrive once your address is confirmed, while you set up your first project.

Signing up takes a minute. You walk away with an account, the organization that comes with it, and enough credit to try the AI as soon as your address is confirmed.

## Before you start

You need an email address you can open: a confirmation link goes out the moment you sign up. Nothing else — no credit card.

## When sign-up is waitlist only

joli.studio sometimes opens in waves. The sign-up page is then called “Request access” and only asks for an email address: a “Your spot is saved” email confirms the request, once. When your turn comes, a second email, “Your access is open,” brings a personal link: it opens account creation with your address already confirmed — all that’s left is a name and a password, or “Continue with Google” with the Google account of that same address — and the trial is credited right away.

> **Watch out**

> The link is valid for fourteen days. If it has expired, the page it opens sends a new one to the same address, without asking again: you don’t lose your spot. Changed your mind? “Remove me from the list,” at the bottom of every email, erases the request. An existing account always signs in as usual, and an invitation to an organization works even while sign-up is waitlist only.

## Step by step

1. **Open the sign-up page**

   Go to [super.joli.studio/register](https://super.joli.studio/register). The screen is called “Create your studio.”

2. **Fill in the three fields**

   “Your name,” “Email address,” “Password” — at least 8 characters; a meter under the field tells you how strong it is, and a sentence is easier to remember than a word. Then hit “Create my account”: the line under the button reminds you that you accept the terms of use and the privacy policy, whether you go through Google or your email.

3. **Or go through Google**

   “Continue with Google” sits above the form. Your name and profile photo come along, and the address arrives already verified, so you skip the confirmation step and get the trial right away.

4. **Let the app take it from there**

   Once the account exists you are signed in, and you land on the three welcome steps: the organization, the first project, the brand.

## What the account comes with

The account and its organization are born together; the trial credit joins them once your address is confirmed. You are an administrator of that organization: it is what holds the plan, the projects, the members and the Spark balance.

## Confirm your address

An email titled “joli.studio · confirm your address” goes out when you sign up; its link is valid for one hour. The click confirms the address and grants the trial, but doesn’t sign you in: if the page opens on another device, sign in afterwards. An account that’s never confirmed is deleted after seven days. Until the address is confirmed, a banner says so inside the app: “Confirm your address to run AI actions. The rest of the app is already open.”

> **Watch out**
>
> Only AI actions and invitations wait for the confirmation — the server turns them down. You can still create your organization, your project and fill in your brand. Lost the link? “Send the link again” sends a fresh one. Expired? The page it opens offers “Send a new link,” right there.

## Forgot your password

When you sign in, “Forgot?” sits at the end of the password field: it carries over the email you already typed and sends a link valid for one hour. An expired link offers a new one right there, no one else involved.

After ten wrong passwords within an hour, signing in to that account is locked for an hour: “Forgot?” is still the quickest way back in.
